5 Tips to Raise Your Vibration

This morning, I woke up feeling a bit off. It wasn’t a bad mood, but there was a heavy energy that I couldn’t quite pinpoint. If you’ve experienced this, you know exactly what I’m talking about. Sometimes, this heavy energy just hangs around without any apparent reason.

This is part of our ascension journey, and just taking the time to observe and witness it is a great start. However, I don’t like to wallow in it. After observing without judgment, I’m ready to let it go. This morning was one of those mornings, so I thought I’d share my top 5 tips to move that heavy energy up and out, keeping my vibration high and my progress in forward motion.

1. Hydrate First Thing in the Morning

I know it sounds simple and physical, but hydrating right out of bed is crucial. After 6-8 hours of sleep, our bodies are dehydrated. While coffee might be tempting, water is the better choice. Hydrating increases our energy by using more oxygen, making us more alert and energized. Plus, it helps with immune function, digestion, weight management, and improves hair and skin health. All of these benefits contribute to feeling better overall.

2. Get Your Body Moving

Exercise releases endorphins, our feel-good hormones, and can significantly improve your mood and energy levels. Starting your day with a workout helps you feel better both physically and emotionally. It’s a game-changer for me, and I feel better almost immediately.

3. Take a Cleansing Shower

Water is a powerful tool for spiritual cleansing. As I shower, I recite a mantra to release any emotional cords that may be holding me down: “I take back my energy, cleansed and cleared. I release all attachments, cords, or guilt from today, yesterday, days, weeks, and lives past that no longer serve me and the highest good of all today.” I visualize the negative energy flowing down the drain, leaving me feeling cleared and refreshed.

4. Incorporate Cold Water Therapy

At the end of my shower, I turn the water to the coldest setting. Yes, it’s cold, but it’s incredibly invigorating. It releases a jolt of epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamine, boosting my mood and energy levels. It also benefits metabolism, immune system, circulation, reduces inflammation, and improves hair and skin. It’s an effective way to feel good and energized.

5. Practice Meditation

My meditation time is my number one self-care tool. When I don’t meditate, things just don’t feel right. Whether it’s a few minutes of mindfulness or a longer session, make meditation a regular practice to keep your vibration at the level you prefer.
